At Canadian Power Vac, we base our residential furnace and duct cleaning on a 6-tier system that includes your Furnace, AC, HRV, all vents, unlimited ductwork and dryer vent.

Tier 1: Up to 1200 sq ft – $279
Tier 2: 1201 – 1800 sq ft – $339
Tier 3: 1801 – 2400 sq ft – $369
Tier 4: 2401 – 3000 sq ft – $449
Tier 5: 3001 – 3600 sq ft – $499
Tier 6: 3601 ft + – $499 plus 10 cents per sq ft.
Includes:
- Prices do not include GST
- Main and basement level dryer vent only (additional $75 from the roof [seasonal])
- AC
- HRV Unit only (additional $75 for ductwork/flex duct)
- Up to one additional furnace
- ADD+ $80 for central vac cleaning to any tier
- ADD+ $80 for chimney cleaning to any tier
- ADD+ $80 for duct disinfecting and deodorizing to any tier
- Minimum call out of $125 if no tier is chosen
